Advance Booking Duration

You can make a booking up to 180 days in advance.

Cancellation and Refund

Bookings confirmed through the website must be cancelled on the website, and bookings confirmed by telephone must be cancelled by telephone.

• Cancel at least 2 days before your arrival date for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations after that are charged 100% for the number of nights booked.

Expo and Exhibition Periods

• Confirmed bookings during expo or exhibition periods attract 100% retention charges for the complete duration of the booking. A refund is only possible if the exhibition is cancelled.
• Cancelling a confirmed booking during these periods within 30 days of the arrival date is charged 100% for the number of room nights booked.
• Confirmed bookings during these periods may be refunded if affected by natural calamities.

Departure Before Due Date

Guests who leave before their booked check-out date are charged in full for the unused nights. No refunds are given for early departure.
